Welcome to PrimeSubs.pk. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We sell access to third-party digital subscriptions and tools including but not limited to streaming platforms, VPNs, AI tools, study tools, IPTV and gaming subscriptions. Products may be delivered as shared or private accounts, as clearly indicated on each product page.
Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment must be completed through one of our accepted methods before delivery. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
Most orders are delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery may occasionally be delayed during high-demand periods; in such cases we will keep you informed via WhatsApp.
All products come with a replacement warranty valid for the duration of the purchased subscription period. If an account or service stops functioning through no fault of the customer, we will issue a replacement.
Customers agree to use purchased subscriptions in accordance with the respective platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for account suspension resulting from a customer's violation of a third-party platform's policies.
PrimeSubs.pk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased subscriptions.
Our business and WhatsApp number is 03365403088. Customer support is available daily from 12 PM – 12 AM daily. We do not accept phone calls.
If a customer calls our business number three times, PrimeSubs reserves the right to block that number and, where appropriate, discontinue or refuse service. This policy will be applied fairly and subject to applicable law and customers' outstanding rights.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
